Running between September 2007 and November 2009, Ringside Live was Wrestling-Online.com's return into audio shows. Starting in September 2007, the show initially featured just Ian Hamilton - long-time wrestling fan and author providing a recap of the week's wrestling news and television shows. After a few shows, including a post-UFC review show, the show took on an extra dimension with the arrival of former pro-wrestler Adam Firestorm.
As the weeks and months progressed, the show evolved, with all of your week's news and events in one location, along with a head's up on where you could catch wrestling in your neck of the woods! We grew to provide our listeners with an alternative inside on the worlds of professional wrestling and mixed martial arts, thanks to the insights of the likes of Oliver Copp and Dr. Keith Lipinski. The names then started to come to Ringside - Bret "Hitman" Hart, Eric Bischoff, Ken Shamrock, Irv Muchnick, Gabe Sapolsky and Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake were just some of the names that came a-calling to Ringside.
Sadly, the show came to an end in November 2007 following the tragic passing of co-host Adam Firestorm. A special, two-hour long tribute edition was recorded in Adam's memory, after which time our microphones were turned off for one final time.
